Update - Update from our Gateway Partner:

Degraded Performance - Monitoring -TSYS

Status: Monitoring

We are monitoring a service degradation affecting a small subset of merchants processing through TSYS. Impacted merchants may experience intermittent transaction timeouts.

The impact began at the start of a scheduled TSYS maintenance window. TSYS had not anticipated any service impact from this maintenance, and we are working with our partners at TSYS to identify the cause and restore normal service.

Please note: Datacap's NETePay Hosted Payments Platform is fully operational.

Components affected

TSYS - Payment Processor

Next steps / actions taken to restore service

We are actively communicating with our partners at TSYS to determine the issue causing the service interruption.

Update - Our payment gateway partner has notified us that the TSYS interruption is ongoing:

Potential Service Interruption - Identified - TSYS

Status: Identified

We are aware of a service degradation affecting TSYS. This may cause intermittent payment processing interruptions for your merchants. Our systems remain fully operational, and we are actively monitoring the situation while TSYS works to resolve the issue.

Please note: Datacap's NETePay Hosted Payments Platform is fully operational.

Monitoring - Between approximately 04:00 and 13:30 UTC on October 13, our payment gateway returned intermittent timeouts during nightly credit card batch settlement. About 2% of card captures were affected. Each affected transaction was automatically or manually retried, and all have now been captured successfully. No payments were lost, declined, or duplicated.

Some venues also received batch-failure alerts or saw a batch listed with an error status. These were caused by a status-reporting issue on our side, now fixed, and not by an actual failure to capture funds. Settlement summary emails for affected batches may have arrived late.

No action is needed. If a batch total doesn't match your records, contact support with your venue name and business date.
